La Baia South Bay Harbor Islands
Overview
Bringing their sophisticated vision to South Florida once again, La Baia is the latest project from New York developer Ian Bruce Eichner and designed by the internationally acclaimed architect Luis Revuelta. A revolution that began in 2002 with the iconic Continuum condominium and now goes beyond La Baia, including 30,000 square feet of resort-style amenities and a private marina, featuring direct ocean access for boating and water activities via the Haulover Inlet. With landscapes by Enzo Enea and interiors curated by Durukan Design, La Baia rises as the place where exclusivity is the ultimate luxury, just a few minutes away from unique cafés, fine dining, and world-class shopping. This project will also put Bay Harbor Islands on the map as a one-of-a-kind community in South Florida.
